What type of offerings does Eys have?

We offer Eys on a subscription-based model. Individual arrangements may also be set up.

How to access our referral portal

Please reach out to info@eys.care and we will come back to you shortly to schedule a call, show the system and find a suitable model for you.

What systems are required?

Eys is cloud based so we require you to use your standard computer with an up-to-date browser. In Eys, you can work remotely from the comfort of your own home, or your private office. You can work according to your time schedule.

Do I know who has evaluated the referral?

Yes, as a patient and optometrist, you will always know the responsible doctor who has examined your referral. Both the doctor's name and license number will be made available.

Who are Eys' doctors?

Eys has doctors in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. A patient referral will always be answered in the same language and the doctor will be licensed in the same country as the referral is sent. Some of our doctors are licensed in both Norway and Sweden and can therefore evaluate cases in both countries.

All of our doctors are eye specialists and are working either as private ophthalmologic consultants or in the public healthcare system in addition to working with Eys.

How long does it take to get an answer from Eys' ophthalmologists?

We ensure a response within five working days. On average we respond within 24h.

What makes Eys the sustainable choice?

Eys can help reduce capacity issues for eye specialists by enabling them to handle multiple referrals at a time. But it is within the selection process where Eys really shines through: Patients who only require follow-up appointments with their local optician are sent directly there, avoiding a time-consuming road trip to the eye doctor. This streamlining can help reduce transport costs and waiting lists within the public eye-care service.
